Ayurvedic methods for hair care are the most natural ways to nurture and nourish your hair and shelter it from the dreadful disorders of hair fall. Ayurvedic treatments are basically homemade remedies that lay emphasis to healthy diet that provides human body the necessary nutrition essential for healthy hair. Medication, oil massages, herbal treatments and healthy food; these all comprise the Ayurvedic treatment.

Aloe Vera- is an excellent herb for maintaining long and lustrous locks. Make a juice of aloe vera, add honey and consume it thrice a day.
